About Linda Novick
Linda Novick's varied career has taken her all around the world; to India, Mexico, the Middle East, South America and Europe. Her paintings reflect her love of life and her excitement about being on planet earth. In addition to her painting and traveling, Linda has taught thousands of people to paint, draw and collage in her many workshops in the U.S. and internationally.
Linda is the author of The Painting Path: Embodying Spiritual Discovery through Yoga, Brush, and Color, a soulful guide to painting and yoga experiences. Beginners as well as more experienced artists have been inspired by her book,
Linda’s artwork hangs in collections throughout the world. Linda works in batik, watercolor, pastel, and oil paint. Her colorful work has been inspired by her yoga practice and her traveling experiences. She lived in Mexico in the 1970's where she received a MFA in Painting. She earned her BFA in Art Education at Pratt Institute in 1966.
