Artist's Description
he Barber's Father is a little out of place living in Kingston N.Y. and helping out around the Stuyvesant Barber Shop, having fought with the resistance during W.W. II against Mussolini. He never shined shoes in Italy or swept hair off the floor, but his son, the barber has a nice house and he is well cared for in the U.S. He shows me his passport and the year he was born as I photograph him in his new environment.
